Valuation
Our valuations are free of charge with a mandate. Without a mandate, a flat fee of €250 + VAT applies.

• Mandate shared 50/50 between owner and tenant.
• House inventory of fixtures: €300 + VAT.
• Apartment inventory of fixtures: €250 + VAT.

• Parking: minimum €200 + VAT (for rent < €200).
Transparent pricing
All our fees are quoted excluding VAT (Luxembourg VAT at the applicable rate). No hidden costs: what you see is what you pay, once the mandate is signed.
